The organic centre in Rossinver, Co. Leitrim will start a week long course, How To Live The Good Life, beginning Monday 20th July. The course now in its 6th year running aims to teach you how to grow vegetables and herbs organically - and more importantly teaches you how to make use of them once they have sprouted. The course also ... includes the art of yoghurt and soft cheese making as well as lessons in baking and cooking and some tips and advice when it comes to storing and preserving food. Among other things there will also be a lecture on sustainable living.
