Allsop Space have unveiled their latest catalogue for their next auction in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel on Thursday May 3rd.
The new catalogue contains 106 lots, with maximum reserve prices ranging from €590,000 for an industrial building in Dublin 12 to €5,000 for a site in Co Donegal.
Amongst the properties sure to catch the eye at the auction is a home in Carysfort in Dublin with a maximum reserve of €200,000, a 4 bed home in the Marella Holiday Village in Sligo, as well as a number of properties for sale in the ever popular Castleforbes development in Dublin 1.
On the commercial side of things Darby O’Gill’s Hotel in Co Kerry has a maximum reserve of €515,000 while Shortts Bar and Crystal Nightclub in Waterford is also up for grabs for a maximum reserve of €495,000. Meanwhile retail units in the Glasnevin and Finglas areas of Dublin are also sure to draw attention, along with Weir’s Pub in Lower George’s Street, which has a reserve of €450,000.
The Bank in O’Connell Street in Limerick is also set to go under the hammer, with a maximum reserve price of €395,000.
