Surveyor's Report €300 - €500. Some say that this is not completely necessary but a surveyor report is quite attractive to buyers.

Building Energy Rating Cert €200 - €350. All properties for sale now have to have a BER Cert, so if you don"t have one, you'll have to get one.

Advertising - this is a whole other blog! But what you definitely need is a sale board to put outside your house. There are many ways to advertise such as, brochures and online. Depending on your house, budget and how quickly you want that sale, it"s hard to pin down a cost!
Can't say it enough, but whatever you do, shop around to get the best price and value for money.
