A well-located shop with unusually large retail floorspaces in Galway city has come on the letter market through Douglas Newman Good Commercial.
Simon Plunkett of the agency is quoting a rent of €250,000 for the store at the entrance to Edward Square, which was previously rented by HMV at €350,000 a year.
The shop extends to 557sq m (almost 6,000sq ft) over three levels.
