Property consultants CB Richard Ellis have announced four new appointments.
Having joined CBRE from Knight Frank, Mark Smyth has been appointed the new senior director of the company’s office agency team and of business development while Alan Moran has been appointed associate director of the office department.
Meanwhile, Sarah Ward has been appointed associate director in the global corporate service department while Natalie Brennan is the new associate director in the capital markets department.
