Savills has announced the sale of the
former Nemo Rangers site on the Douglas Road in Cork.The site, along with an end of terrace house, is for sale with a guide price of €2.85 million on the instructions of the joint receivers, George Maloney and Bruce Alexander McKay of Baker Till Ryan Glennon.
The lands are zoned in their entirety as residential, local services and institution under the Cork City Development Plan 2009-2015. There is full planning permission granted by Cork County Council and subsequently upheld by An Bord Pleanála in March 2009 for a mixed scheme of 102 residential units.
