First-time buyers draw down 57% of mortgages in third quarter of the year

The average asking price was €205,000. In Dublin, that varied between €286,089 and €306,540, an increase ranging between 2.4 per cent and 8.8 per cent. Property Industry Ireland said that, excluding the capital, prices were up 13 per cent.
