Experts’ argue over Green Shoots forecast

Can you believe that an argument / disagreement has broken out between real estate analysts on which country they believe will recover first from this disastrous and gloomy economic hole we are all trying to dig ourselves out of.

Real estate analysts are slowly moving away from reports on how far we have fallen ... and how far more we could fall. Instead they are taking a bit of a optimistic approach and are now looking ahead to which global property markets will recover first but of course few agree on where the recovery or now dubbed "green shoots" might appear first.

Many believe that UK and Spain will be the lucky ones to celebrate the first property market recovery. The reason for this is they believe markets where depression hit first i.e. UK and Spain, will recover first - this probably isn't the best way to decipher which country will recover first i.e. first to nose dive will be first to surface the water.

On the other side some that Brazil, Russia, India and China will be among the first to rebound.

Only time will tell.
