The Connacht Property Auction is now taking entries for its next public auction, which will be held on 26th March in the Clayton Hotel, Galway.
After a successful November auction where 22 out of the 27 properties were sold, the auction team has experienced a surge of interest from both property owners and buyers alike. The company does not charge admission or marketing fees to enter the auction, making it very appealing to property owners to sell. Bidding can also continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property, meaning the property owner will walk away with fair market value for their property.
