Eddisons are set to enter the growing Irish auction market after revealing their catalogue for their first auction here on November 15th.

The auction at Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel will feature 11 lots and contains a mixture of stock including commercial and residential investment opportunities.

Highlights include a vacant 4 bedroom mid terrace property, 2km from Ennis town centre, which has a reserve price of €16,000.

The house is just off the Lahinch Road, within the Dun Na Hinse development and is described as being in need of repair.

Elsewhere, a tenanted unit at the City North Business Park at Stamullen, Co Meath which generates annual income of €24,000 has a reserve not to exceed €95,000, a potential return of over 25%.

Dublin stock includes a mixed retail and residential investment in walking distance of the city centre in Smithfield, generating approximately €74,500 per annum. The reserve is not to exceed €375,000.

Robert McGreal, head of Eddisons inIreland said: ’We have attracted a variety of keenly priced lots which means there should be something for everyone.

‘While 60% of the stock is from Dublin city, Limerick City, Munster and Leinster are also represented.’
