The auction at Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel will feature 11 lots and contains a mixture of stock including commercial and residential investment opportunities.
Highlights include a vacant 4 bedroom mid terrace property, 2km from Ennis town centre, which has a reserve price of €16,000.
The house is just off the Lahinch Road, within the Dun Na Hinse development and is described as being in need of repair.
A further property in the same location, which occupies an end of terrace position, has a reserve not to exceed €18,000.
Elsewhere, a tenanted unit at the City North Business Park at Stamullen, Co Meath which generates annual income of €24,000 has a reserve not to exceed €95,000, a potential return of over 25%.
Dublin stock includes a mixed retail and residential investment in walking distance of the city centre in Smithfield, generating approximately €74,500 per annum. The reserve is not to exceed €375,000.
Robert McGreal, head of Eddisons inIreland said: ’We have attracted a variety of keenly priced lots which means there should be something for everyone.
‘While 60% of the stock is from Dublin city, Limerick City, Munster and Leinster are also represented.’
