DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has announced the appointment of Aidan Gavin as MD and Peter Lynch as chairman.
Mr Gavin joined the company in 1997 and after starting off in the residential business later moved to the commercial division. Over the last 16 years he has led the DTZ Sherry FitzGerald business in Galway and recently expanded his role as regional director.
Peter Lynch spent eight years in London specialising in landlord and tenant and development projects before returning to Dublin in 1995 to join Sherry FitzGerald. He has been involved in all aspects of the commercial business with an expertise in development land. In recent years he has been responsible for the advisory and corporate recovery division.
Mark FitzGerald, executive chairman of the Sherry FitzGerald Group, said the two appointments copperfastened the company’s continued commitment to invest in Ireland’s recovery.
