Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort in Co Wicklow has been put up for sale with a guide price of €45m.
The venue, which hosted the Irish Open between 1996 and 1999, comprises a 145-bedroom hotel and a 349-acre estate with two 18-hole championship golf courses.
Estate agent Savills is handling the sale.
The hotel at Druids Glen opened in 2002 as a Marriott resort and was fully refurbished in the past four years.

Situated in close proximity to Dublin, it caters for over 130,000 visitors, both domestic and international, every year."
