DNG put their headquarters on the market for €2.5m

Estate agents Douglas Newman Good have placed their headquarters at 30 Leeson Park in Ranelagh, Dublin 6 on the market for €2.5 million.

News of the sale of the 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft) period building was revealed in today’s Irish Times.

Situated at the corner of Leeson Park and Northbrook Road, it is currently in offices, but can readily convert back for residential use.

The move will see DNG relocate later this year to Trinity Street in Dublin city centre, where it already occupies the ground and basement floors of the building which is its city residential branch. The upper floors are soon to become vacant.

DNG recently launched a new iPhone app, further details of which are available here.
