The auction, which takes place at 3pm in The Radisson Blu Hotel, is the first of the company’s summer series of auctions, with its most recent auction event generating positive headlines locally and nationally. The Francis Street based agent has developed a highly successful strategy in its approach to auctions. The team credit their attention to detail in the launch process and their unrivalled knowledge of the Galway property market, as being crucial to success on auction day.
“We spend a lot of time in the planning of our auctions, whereby the entire auction team is involved,” said James Heaslip, director at DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard.
“We ensure that each property gets the attention it deserves and ensure our vendors leave the auction room knowing that we go above and beyond the call of duty to get the best results.
“Tomorrow's auctions has a wide variety of lots on offer, with something to suit all buyers across the spectrum,” Mr Heaslip added. “We are all very excited about tomorrow afternoon and, as usual, we look forward to seeing those who are regular attendees — who keep a keen eye on the property market — and those who are experiencing an auction for the first time. Our auctions have become must-see events and we are glad to welcome all to the Radisson tomorrow.”
The line up will see 10 properties go under the hammer.
The auctions will take place tomorrow, May 30, at 3pm in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lough Atalia.
