Dishwasher: User advice
To keep your clean machine mean, follow these care and maintenance tips.
  • Before you put anything in the dishwasher, scrape it to remove as much surplus food as possible.
  • Only wash when you have a full load.
  • Generally, larger and dirtier items are best on the bottom rack, whilst cups, glasses and less soiled items should be put in the top rack.
  • Don't overload the baskets.
  • Put your cutlery in the special cutlery basket, with handles facing downwards.
  • Stack plates and glasses so they are not touching.
  • Ensure that the spray arms can rotate freely.
  • Position long, sharp knives and forks horizontally in the upper basket.
  • Remove and clean the filters regularly
