Construction output is expected to fall to €7.75 billion euro this year, a drop of 9% on last year. It is however an improvement of 27% on the previous year.
The results were produced by global construction consultants Davis Langdon.

He noted that the stimulus spending by NAMA should boost activity but warned that there was a danger of a "brain drain" of specific professions and skilled sub-contractors.
