Clontarf premises hits the market

Savills have put a prominent two storey retail premises along the seafront in Dublin 3 on the market for €475,000.

360 Clontarf Road was formerly occupied by the Oddbins off licence but is now being offered for sale through Stephen McCarthy.

The ground floor retail unit of the premises extends to 157sq m (1,690sq ft) and even without a retail tenant the building produces rents of €30,000 per annum from an advertising hoarding on the gable of the building and a Vodafone receiver antenna.
