CBRE announce two management appointments

Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced two appointments to further strengthen its EMEA senior management team.

Guy Hollis, who has led CBRE's business in Ireland since 2007 and been instrumental in building the region’s cross-border services, will expand his leadership role to work with Martin Samworth, Managing Director – EMEA on driving the region’s strategic growth agenda. In addition, Guy will become Managing Director of CBRE’s Nordics business and retain board level responsibility for CBRE’s Irish and Northern Irish businesses.

Enda Luddy has been appointed as Managing Director, Ireland with Florence Stanley promoted to Deputy Managing Director. Brian Lavery continues as Managing Director, Belfast.

Michael Strong, Executive Chairman, EMEA CBRE commented: “Guy has successfully led our business in Ireland since 2007 through one of the most challenging property markets in recent memory. We are pleased that he will now assume a broader leadership role within our EMEA business to encompass our strategic growth agenda and fast growing Nordics platform. Guy has developed a strong leadership team in Ireland with great depth of experience and we are delighted that Enda Luddy and Florence Stanley will assume leadership of our Irish operations.”

Guy added: “This is an exciting time for our EMEA business and I look forward to expanding my role at CBRE to work with my colleagues in the Nordics region. Our Irish business will be in excellent hands; Enda and Florence are highly skilled and respected advisors who I have worked with for many years and their promotions provide a seamless transition for our clients and team. I look forward continuing to working closely with Enda and Florence at a time when we are ideally positioned for growth in the recovering Irish market.”
