Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced two appointments to further strengthen its EMEA senior management team.
Guy Hollis, who has led CBRE's business in Ireland since 2007 and been instrumental in building the region’s cross-border services, will expand his leadership role to work with Martin Samworth, Managing Director – EMEA on driving the region’s strategic growth agenda. In addition, Guy will become Managing Director of CBRE’s Nordics business and retain board level responsibility for CBRE’s Irish and Northern Irish businesses.
Enda Luddy has been appointed as Managing Director, Ireland with Florence Stanley promoted to Deputy Managing Director. Brian Lavery continues as Managing Director, Belfast.
