Dublin-based auctioneers Campion Property are set to auction off a site with planning permission for seven houses at Seafield Road in Clontarf, Dublin 5 on Wednesday May 16th.
The Fitzwilliam Square-based auctioneers have reported a large number of enquiries since the development land went on the market.
The 1.65 acres at 18 Seafield Road was assembled by three parties who are now anxious to move it on.
Seafield Road is one of the most sought-after roads in Dublin 5 where some of the houses frequently sold for over €5 million at the height of the boom.

Tadgh Campion of the selling agents told The Irish Times that the site was ideal for development as a gated community or for a large nursing home.
