Calling all First Time Buyers to Carlow

If you are looking to bag a bargain not too far down the country then look no further than Carlow. Milford Park, a housing development just outside Carlow town is offering 4 bed semi detached houses for as little as €250,000!

Barely an hour away by train from the big ... capital D, these properties in Carlow are good value for money houses and come with a long list of standard extras - which we all like to hear! Among the items included in your well spent €250,000 is a high spec fully fitted kitchen & utility. The thing that caught my eye though was, as 'standard' all rooms are wired for surround sound! Cooking dinner or having a bath you can listen to your favourite tunes wherever you are in the house! Brilliant!

Also if you are environmentally conscious or like all of us like to save a few bob whenever possible, Milford Park in Carlow is involved in a rainwater harvesting pilot scheme. Although the harvested rainwater is not suitable for drinking, it can be used in your washing machine, for flushing toilets and for watering the garden.

Take a look at Milford Park, Carlow
