A three bed detached home in Blackrock, Co Dublin has sold for almost 50% above its reserve price at auction.
Lugano, 10 Woodbine Road, in Blackrock went under the hammer last Wednesday with a reserve of €600,000. In the end though, estate agents Lisney managed to secure €895,000 for the 108sqm property – 49.2% above its reserve.
Following on from that sale, Lisney will auction another three bed home not too far away at 38 Mather Road North, Mount Merrion, on March 21st.
It will have a reserve of €650,000.
