Ask Dave were recently commissioned to provide an extensive refurbishment to Loulerie jewellery boutique in Chatham Street, Dublin 2.

This project was a full refurbishment with a large emphasis on program. We had a very limited time (two weeks) in which to complete the project as the client was anxious to be trading again for a busy summer period. It was agreed that we would work on the program and see what could be done to achieve the opening date. A plan was devised which allowed us to proceed at full speed to get these areas ready. With the co-operation of the staff and an excellent understanding between client and builder, the date was achieved.

Loulerie is located on Chatham Street, Dublin 2, in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Ask Dave and Red Brick Construction are delighted to have successfully delivered another project on programme and within budget.

As previously discussed we have moved onto our next project in Blackrock, Co Dublin, where we will keep you updated on events as we progress.
