Ardenode Country House Hotel to go under the hammer

The Ardenode Country House Hotel in Ballymore Eustace, Co Kildare, will be auctioned off at a public auction on Wednesday September 26th at Lawlor’s Hotel in Naas.

The property is being put under the hammer by Sherry FitzGerald O’Reilly, who are quoting a guide price for the renowned wedding venue of €550,000.

The property is being sold off by the Fitzers Catering Group, who have catering contracts in venues such as Croke Park, Slane Castle and the Titanic Belfast.

Sharon Fitzpatrick of Fitzers bought the hotel in 2006 and spent €1.5m refurbishing it.

It has 17 deluxe bedrooms and a ballroom that can cater for up to 500 guests. There are also two smaller functions rooms for up to 100 guests.

The auction wil get underway in Lawlor’s Hotel in Naas on September 26th at 3pm.
