This is the fourth online auction in 2015 and follows on from the success of Allsop's previous auctions during the year, with 148 properties sold and a combined sales value of €19.3 million. The company have noted an increase in bidders at each auction and those who register, view and bid for properties are not only based locally, but across the world.
On 25th November, bidding will open at 8am with the first lot closing at 10am and the rest of the lots following thereafter. The auction features a largely residential offering but there are also a number of commercial properties and parcels of land going under the virtual hammer. A wide selection of residential properties is on offer, including tenanted and vacant properties ranging from one bedroom apartments to three and four bedroom family homes.
Some highlights from the auction include a mid-terrace four bedroom house in Ashbourne; a second floor two bedroom apartment in Ballinteer; a mid-terrace three bedroom house in Swords; and a detached three bedroom house together with outbuildings and stables on a 0.5 acre site in Blackmiller Hill, Kildare.
There is also an attractive three bedroom house on the Iveragh Peninsula in Waterville, Co. Kerry and a ground floor two bedroom apartment in Douglas, Cork.
