Allsop have launched the catalogue for their upcoming auction in the RDS which will see over 160 residential and commercial properties, with a total reserve of over €26m, go under the hammer.
The auction is taking place at the RDS Concert Hall in Ballsbridge on Wednesday 28th September, commencing at 9am. A selection of Allsop Private properties, lotted from 20 – 36, will be offered mid-morning.

Commercial Highlights
Two extensive office investments, both located in Tallaght, Dublin 24, are the highlights of the commercial offering. Hainault House on the Belgard Road, a stand-alone office investment extending to approximately 1,523 Sq. m, carries a reserve range of €1,700,000 - €1,900,000. The property is subject to two tenancies (with a total annual rent of €147,090) but also offers potential to enhance return as there is vacant possession of approximately 518 Sq. m.

The residential catalogue is fronted by Lot 23, a three storey house on Sydenham Road in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The property benefits from vacant possession and carries a reserve range of €850,000 - €900,000.
