350 Properties Sold in Dublin

350 Properties Sold in Dublin
Last week Sherry Fitzgerald published their property sales register for Dublin for the year to date which clearly showed, by their books, there is plenty of movement taking place in the property market.

Their register lists the 350 homes that they have sold since January of this year along with the actual sale prices that the properties sold for – due to data protection actual addresses are not permitted to be published. So, if you are looking to buy or sell your property in Dublin in the coming months and are unsure about what price properties are selling for and what you should expect to either pay or get for your property; check out their Register for a list of actual sale prices that properties sold for in Dublin by Sherry FitzGerald so far this year.
