The Central Bank's new rules on mortgage lending have been very much in the news this week and yesterday MyHome.ie's Sales Manager Aideen Ennis was on the 5.30 news on TV3 to discuss the matter.
Aideen spoke about the possible impact the new rules would have on the rental market and how they could put increased pressure on the already small supply of properties available for people to buy.
