The Kilkee Bay Hotel in Clare has a reserve not to exceed €315,000 while the Georgian house on Herbert Street in Dublin 2 has a reserve of €560,000.
Also expected to attract plenty of interest is a bar, nightclub and attached apartments in Clifden, Co Galway, which has a reserve of €450,000.
Whistling balladeer Roger Whittaker’s property in Eyresfort, Co Galway is also up for auction. The former convent, which has its own recording studio, gym and outhouses as well as a two bedroom guest apartment, has a reserve of €275,000.
The most expensive lot up for sale with a reserve of €895,000 is a 5,335 sq metre industrial unit on the Airways industrial estate in Santry, Dublin.
Almost two thirds of the lots up for auction have maximum reserves of €100,000 or less. The cheapest properties are two plots of land - €8,000 for less than half an acre near Inniscara, Co Cork and €10,000 for 1.4 acres in Moycullen, Co Galway.
In total there are 73 houses, 27 apartments, 24 retail premises, seven pubs and two hotels set to go under the hammer.
