Limerick school goes on the market

 

St Philomena’s Preparatory School

 on South Circular Road in Limerick has been forced to close at the end of term because of a fall in student numbers.

John de Courcy of de Courcy estate agents is quoting €375,000 for the 709sq m (7,640sq ft) school which includes a listed single-storey building dating from 1863.
