Now that the country is back in Level 3 restrictions it is business as usual for estate agent offices across the country.
While offices were closed to the public in Level 5, agents can now re-open from today onwards.
Viewings can also continue by appointment. People viewing properties are advised to wear face masks and observe social distancing protocols throughout the visit.
Auctions are unable to take place physically and must be carried out online only.
