Sherry FitzGerald have launched a video in conjunction with RTE’s Design Doctors Denise O’Connor and Catherine Crowe on how you can maximise the value of your property by showing how to make the most out of the main areas of your home.
The Design Doctors give simple advice on things that don’t have to cost you a lot of money, but can make a big difference. They advise sellers to “Listen to your agent, be objective and put yourself in the shoes of the viewer.”
According to Sherry FitzGerald: “If a person is inspired when they visit your property, they're far more likely to have a higher opinion of its value. The smallest of changes make a huge difference - and maximise its impact. And they needn't cost a fortune."
In the “Dress To Impress” video the Design Doctors have key advice on what you can do to ensure the main areas of your home are presented in the best light to viewers, including living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and gardens.
