We might be now a few days into July but before we turn our back on June, it’s that time again to look back at the most viewed properties on MyHome last month.

It was another busy month of traffic to the site with a wide range of difference in property types and price ranges from this month’s most viewed.

Coming after a month in which it emerged that there had been a record volume of mortgage approvals in May, largely driven by first-time buyers, it was perhaps no surprise to see a new development rank highly in the list. It wasn’t our number one, however, as that went to a luxury home that had people dreaming.
