It’s hard to believe that July is ending.
A month that we all look forward to finally delivered as Ireland basked in brilliant sunshine for the most part.
It was also another busy month when it came to property, with traffic to MyHome listings throughout July showing a notable increase when compared with the same month in 2025.
When we look back on July, one of the most memorable moments from the month will be Mayo’s long-awaited All-Ireland win. While Mayo took Sam home, it was Kerry who had the bragging rights when it came to our most viewed property in July.
