The most viewed properties on MyHome in January

January can often feel like the longest month of the year but the upshot of that is that it gives you plenty of time to browse MyHome.

While we’re now well into February, it’s that time once again where we look back on the most viewed properties on the site from the previous month.

As always, you have to move quickly when it comes to property with two of the five most viewed from January having already gone sale agreed. The top property is also interesting as it’s more an opportunity than anything, perhaps feeding into the Room to Improve trend that coincided with the return of the hit RTÉ show fronted by Dermot Bannon to our screens last month.
