The most viewed properties on MyHome in February

February might be the shortest month of the year but it was not without its property-related highlights.

While we’re now well into March, it’s that time again where we look back on the most viewed properties on MyHome throughout the period.

It was another busy month of traffic to the site with the demand for property seen in the fact that our most viewed listing from the month has already gone sale agreed having been on the market for just 14 days before an agreement was reached for its sale. This once again demonstrates that you need to move quickly to secure any property that you are interested in in the current market, with many active bids currently being weighed up on the other homes that feature in the top five list for last month.

Once again, there was a good spread geographically of properties viewed by visitors to MyHome, with homes in four different counties featuring in the most viewed list for February 2026.
