2025 might be only in its infancy but one of the biggest musical events of the year gets underway next week when Tradfest takes place across multiple venues in Dublin.
The 20th year of the event, it runs from Wednesday January 22nd to Sunday January 26th and sees some of Ireland’s top musicians celebrate the best of Irish music.
Our musical heritage is part of what makes Ireland great with artists performing across the country each and every week, delighting both locals and tourists with their talents.
The hard yards of practice often take place at home, however, in bedrooms or – if they’re really lucky – in music rooms.
