While you can avail of many of our services without registering there are a number of benefits in doing so.
First and foremost, you can save your search. This means that if you are frequently checking out a particular house type in a particular area that you have a simple link within your account which will take you there without the need to input the same details all the time.
Where this really becomes useful is if you set up property alerts.
Property alerts email you with the latest properties that come on the market within your search criteria at intervals that suit you, from hourly through to weekly. This ensures you’ll never miss out on your potential dream home by not noticing it coming on the market for sale.
You can also save properties. Each brochure has a ‘Save’ button meaning you can keep a list of properties that interest you with your account section. This can be everything from places you want to check out to properties that inspire you.
You can also create notes and ratings, which are only available to you. This can help you weigh up your thoughts on a property and to work out its pros and cons versus other listings in the area.
There is also an open viewing tab, which reminds you of upcoming open viewings of properties which you have expressed an interest in.
