Their ‘One Month Free Rent’ offer kicked-off at the start of November and is valid to any new tenants or applicants signing up for the 1 or 2 bed apartments in the Talbot or Tully buildings that they manage in Cherrywood in Dublin 18.
This unbeatable offer runs until the supply of apartments is exhausted, with availability on a first-come, first served basis.
In order to avail of the ‘One Month Free Offer’ tenants must sign a lease agreement, pay a security deposit and the first month’s rent no later than November 29th.
Move-in dates must be set for November 2024, December 2024, January 2025 or February 2025 with a minimum lease term of 12 months required to be eligible for the promotion.
The ‘one month free’ refers to a rent-free period equivalent to one month’s rent which will be applied to the third month of the tenancy.
If the tenant terminates the lease early, any prorated discount or benefit may be adjusted or revoked as per the termination clauses in the lease agreement.
The offer applies exclusively to new leases signed for 2 bed apartments in the Talbot and Tully buildings at the time of signing and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or incentives.
It is non-transferable and will not apply if the tenant moves to a different unit during the tenancy.
